THE ENTRY POINT
Most parents do not need another sales pitch. They need to see whether the training is real, whether their athlete responds to it, and whether it is worth adding to the schedule.
That is why every athlete starts with a:

HOW IT WORKS
Create the athlete profile, complete the required information, and sign the parent waiver before training.
Your wrestler completes one Training Cycle and experiences how BEPI builds stronger, faster, harder-to-break athletes.
After the trial week, BEPI provides a parent follow-up and a recommendation on choosing the right training track.
THE PROBLEM
Most wrestlers spend extra time learning more moves. But close matches are often decided by physical qualities that technique alone cannot fix:
Bald Eagle Performance Institute exists to solve that problem.
We build the body behind the technique — so wrestlers can move faster, attack harder, and keep imposing their will when the match gets ugly.

THE PHYSICAL EDGE decides close matches.
THE MECHANISM
A wrestling-specific physical development system built to help athletes take hold of a match and not let go.
The Talon System™ is not a random collection of hard drills. It is a layered development system designed to build the physical qualities wrestlers need when matches get hard.
Improve strength, stability, posture, and efficient movement.
Increase acceleration, reaction time, and in-match burst.
Build explosive force that shows up in attacks and finishes.
Train repeat high-output effort for late match dominance.
Every layer supports the next. Every layer translates back to wrestling.
THE FOUR LAYERS
Move with control before you move fast.
Every athlete starts with the base: body control, joint mobility, core strength, balance, grip, posture, hips, and foundational movement patterns.
WE BUILD:
WHY IT MATTERS ON THE MAT
If a wrestler can’t control their own body, they can’t fully control their opponent. A strong foundation builds the stability needed for real speed, power, and consistent performance.
Once an athlete can move with control, they can now move fast.
Acceleration, reaction, pursuit speed, level-change quickness, short-burst agility, and stance-to-attack movement—the kind of speed that wins exchanges.
WE BUILD:
WHY IT MATTERS ON THE MAT
The faster wrestler attacks first—and the wrestler who attacks first controls the exchange.
Once an athlete has speed, they can now convert it into explosive power.
Jumps, throws, explosive strength, med ball work, mat-return power, finishing force, and sudden power from live wrestling positions.
WE BUILD:
WHY IT MATTERS ON THE MAT
Strength alone doesn’t finish takedowns—explosive strength does. The more powerful wrestler blasts through their finishes to score.
Now we focus on increasing how long the athlete can maintain explosive power under fatigue.
Carries, intervals, repeat-effort circuits, grip fatigue training, recovery between exchanges, and third-period pressure work.
WE BUILD:
WHY IT MATTERS ON THE MAT
A wrestler who is powerful for one minute is manageable. A wrestler who stays powerful for the entire match is dangerous.
THE CALENDAR
A wrestler's body should not be trained the same way all year. BEPI adjusts the Talon System™ around the wrestling calendar, so athletes get the right work at the right time.
